| After over three weeks, we finally got someone to come up to the house and clean out the drains, to get our kitchen sinks and washing machine to drain at all.
And then a tree fell in our backyard, blocking the backdoor.

| My house is surrounded by slippery ice and water. I have to take the long way around our acre yard to reach the mail now in the morning.
We didn't even get snow, we just got tons of ice.

| There is no such thing as snow or ice down here in the South for more than a day now.
maybe a flurries, .1 inch of snow, and some sleet. Had 2 snow days since we aren't used to cold weather. But eh, back to 70°F a few days ago.
Typical weather we find around January and February.

| As I suspected, the path was completely blocked by low hanging tree limbs and a pile of broken off tree limbs. I had to go all the way around the storage house/closed shop.
I may have lost a few fingers in the process, but they grow back, so it's fine.
