| I doubt it. For example, if I went with a crow-scythe, My guy would just have short range illusion power and changing the range of his scythe, with a snazzy little wave attack. Not much, but that could easily face up against a dragon halberd or something. Long range, increasing it's range with a wave of fire, stuff like that, but it would be equal footing. It's all in the competence of the user, to decide how effective something is.
