| Due to everyone having to concentrate on both the fact that they were getting pulled into the earth and that their friend was getting pulled down by hands that were stronger than Shadow and Cora, even in her natural environment, the hand pulled Claire immensely hard, but not hard enough to cause damage, but enough to rip her from their grips.
