| The Velkar; legendary and un-ag.ing beings that use to be the most powerful beings on Earth. Velkar are angels, not just any angels, they were elemental controlers. There were 7 different groups of Velkar, each based on one of the 7 elements: Light, Darkness, Fire, Earth, Water, Weather, and Ice. Despite their differences, they lived in peace...for awhile. Eventually, their differences began to take hold and war started. Thousands died, and their beautiful land was destroyed, but neither of the 7 sides won. For the humans took advantage of this and destroyed that last remaining Velkar. Or at least what they thought to be the last.
3,000 years later, the Velkar are nothing but a myth to the humans. But there are still a few left, but scattered, hiding their true forms and struggling to survive and remain hiden at the same time. There are many stories among the scattered Velkar of how their race came to be almost extinct, though only few know what really happend....
(NOTE: If you decide to roleplay as a human, you CAN NOT start out knowing about the Velkar, but you can find out later while roleplaying.)

We clashed some more, till the ice shattered. He kicked me to the ground by hitting my wound. I grabbed his leg as he went for another kick and tossed him away from me. I jumped and so did he, and I kicked him down. I jumped back and then her summoned ice spikes that peirced my leg. He lifted his hand, and prepared to force another spike to impale me. I moved out of the way just in time, and dragged my leg to toss an Ice spear into his. He hissed in pain but broke it with his arm. He charged at me, and I grabbed his neck,and he grabbed mine both of our skins becoming pailer. We broke the hold, and I kicked him in the stomach with my good leg, and I grabbed his arm, and broke it. He looked at me and spat iciciles, that cut my face.
I held my face, and he jammed the broken Ice spear in my stomach, causing me to fall over. He stood above me, and made an ice blade to finish me off. I looked up, and then I pulled the broken weapon out of my stomach and pierced his. I stood, defiant..but..woozy. I stumbled a little,and he got up and grabbed my neck tossing me into a rock on the beach. I started to fade in an out of conciousness, when he walked forward, and pulled out an ice sword. He rested it at my neck, panting bleeding...but not defeated. He lifted the sword, when I looked and saw Storm...my eyes widened, and I tackled him, and took his sword away. I grabbed it and stabbed him in the chest...then fell to the other side blacking out.
Shade:
I manipulated his shadows, to cart Coldren to us...and I looked at Freeze. I turned away in disgust...when I heard sparatic coughing. He stood even more defiant than Coldren, and pulled out the sword in his chest. "I...will...not....die"

He walked forward blade drawn, and said..."It's...over...I'll destroy you..." He then held his throat in pain. I turned my head while kneeling next to Storm, and his neck was pitch black. I looked at Coldren, and a loud crack was heard.
