I'm going to have to assume that everyone that wants to join have at least play through most of the regions. (if you don't, pm me.)

Johto, Kanto, Unova, Sinnoh, Hoenn

Anyways, that's how big the map will be since we'll be flying around. (meaning you have to have a pokemon with fly)

I will allow three pokemon to be chosen. AND NONE OF THEM WILL BE ABOVE lvl 60 and NO LEGENDARIES WILL BE ALLOWED. Also, just in case some people don't know Generation V-VI, we'll be sticking with old pokemons (since it is earlier. Plus Generation VI has a new category for pokemons which is Fairy and I don't have Pokmon X and Y yet so don't ask me.)

As for jobs: eh I can have maybe one or two gym leaders, pokemon rangers, breeders, what have you...just ask me if you want something high like gym leaders and up.

As for plot: I'm still thinking. >:D

Just use the G.R.A.M.P.S theory, since the next team rocket-style team is supposed to be sandgem, for the S.

R = Rocket
A = Aqua
M = Magma
P = Plasma

S is suspected to be something with an S.

Aqua and Magma, to fuel the Rocket.

The Galaxy to fuel the Plasma.

S will likely be another item of earth itself, as galactic covers space.

A speculated name is sandgem.

Gary oak called professor oak "gramps"

it's suspected that, if the 6th gen enemies start with an S, then professor oak has been masterminding these organizations all these years. The reason team rocket always seemed to be where you're GOING, instead of arriving anywhere after you? He warned them of your arrival.

The reason why they only seemed to fight you with simple, weak pokemon? You were a part of his plan.

He has been surveying all the pokemon in the world, through your progress in each of the games.

You fueled his research.

Now, he could find or create the strongest pokemon in the world. Or, even worse, create a pokemon beyond the limits of types, stats, and shape.
