~~EXCERPT~~
On October 1st, 2006, God is in his heaven, the stock market stands at 10,140, and most of the planes are on time. It seems like a good day, and you're feeling good about the future.
That changes in a hurry. The cause of the devastation is a phenomenon that will come to be known as The Pulse, and the delivery method is a cell-phone. Everyone's cell phone.

You and the other survivors suddenly find yourself in the pitch-black night of civilization's darkest age, surrounded by chaos, carnage, and a human horde that has been reduced to it's basest nature...and begins to evolve.

There are one hundred and ninety-three million cell phones in the United States alone. Who doesn't have one?
~~END EXCERPT~~

That was 2006. This is 2011. The world has been restored. How could it happen again? Nobody really knew. All they knew, is that there were MORE people, and MORE cell phones. That means more disaster.

The few people who didn't have cell phones must once again team up. The three R's of apocalypse. Recruit, Rebuild, Redo. Just how many redoes will we need?

Rules:
No ubering.
No god-modding.

The point is to survive. You can have up to two characters.
Never mind, put "Phone" at the bottom of your CS.

(Accepted

I know but I copypasted my old thread from ROBLOX.

Shall we start, or wait?)

Name: Stephen Dean Watson

Age: 30

Appearance: Stephen is moderate in height, slightly short, standing at 5'7. He is a weak person in looks, and has a skinny build. He has dark brown hair, short and neatly done above his dull brown eyes, protected by a pair of prescription eyeglasses, which have lenses shaped like rectangles with rounded sides. His face is, over-all, round. He These eyeglasses rest upon his nose, which is slightly pointed, along with his ears. Since it is October, he is wearing black jeans and a hooded sweatshirt to match, over hospital scrubs and running shoes.

Personality: Stephen is a slightly irritable person. However, he gets along with people well. He is a calming person, most of the time, and has a temper which is hard to break. He is always trying to make peace with others, and doesn't often fight.

Weapons: None, at the moment.

Items: Hospital ID

Bio: Stephen grew up in Maine. After High School, he went to a college in Massachussets (No, NOT Harvard,) and met a woman in med school. He married the woman after med school, and they moved to New York where they both got jobs at a hospital. The next year, the couple had a child. The child is now 4, and Stephen is trying to find the child and his wife--He is hoping they are not dead. He was in New York, of course, when it happened.

(Wait, everyone will be on later)

(I'll make a bio:
Reagan had only graduated highschool last summer when the cellphones turned again. She graduated top of her class with six collages begging her admission. Her younger brother had only just been diagnosed with cancer though and with both her parents dead, she decided to take a year off before collage to take care of him. She and Tommy, 8 years old, are now struggling to survive, trying to find somewhere safe where maybe they can find help with his cancer every threatening young Tommy's life.

(FFFF MADE A BIG POST AND LEFT THE PAGE BY ACCIDENT DX)

Well, the world is screwed. We didn't take heed of our warnings. And now, goddamnit, I'm stuck in an abandoned resturaunt in New York City, stabbing to death the idiots who had cell phones. Maybe I should back up a little.

My name is Stephen Watson. I am a survivor of the last "Pulse" from our cell phones, in 2006. I actually listened to our warning. I never had a cell phone, and I certainly didn't buy one after what I went through.

When this started, I was walking to this resturaunt from the bookstore, having just bought a book for my job in medicine--I was on a project with some esteemed doctors from New York, who thought they were onto the cure for cancer. I, of course, knew it was wrong, but saw it as a chance to have a promotion, or even a relocation to a better job.

When I got to the resturaunt, all hell broke loose. I ran inside, to the kitchen, and stole butcher's knife in the panic. I fought off all of the straggling beasts, and made a barricade.

But I know it won't last long.

Reagan pushed her brother into the disgusting bathroom of the gas station she was currently employed at, pressing a knife into his hand. "Hide and wait for me to get you," She told him quietly, turning. She leapt over the counter and grabbed the gun hidden in the cash register. She ran back to the bathroom, standing at the door. Her manager stumbled out, roaring inhumanly. Reagan fired three bullets into his head and settled back against the door. She watched the road. Maybe the resturant across the street was safe...

Stephen threatened dozing off, but he knew better than to fall asleep. He needed to find other sane people. That's, at least, how he managed to survive six years ago. He looked over at the gas station across the street, casually, and heard gunshots. He jumped and lifted his knife, fully awake now.

Carlos, the other counter person who had been working with Reagan that day burst through the glass, running for her. She kicked him to the side on a reflexive instinct and shot him as well. Her breath grew ragged as she knocked on the door. "You okay Tommy?" She asked. "Y..Yes," He sobbed.

(Okay, I relapsed back into 3rd person, when I decided for this RP I was doing 1st person. Whatever.)

Stephen grins. "Good," he says. "I've found my survivors." He still stayed low, though, knowing there may be gangs starting, killing, looting.

Reagan walked in, gathering Tommy into her arms. "It's okay..we'll go back to the house and get your medicine..." She said, straightening the bandanna on his head. She looked outside wistfully. They needed to leave now..
