I waved shortly at his apology, muttering as I carelessly walked up the staircase, excusing myself from their company. I moaned sadly as I walked down the upstairs hallway towards the bathroom.
I forced the old door open, and walked to the faucet. I had to loosen it by turning it repeatedly. The pipes made a large noise as it suddenly pumped out cool water. I sighed, and removed my shirt as the sink filled itself.
Once full, I dunked my head in.
