It's simple, its pokemon trainers that can actuall capture the Dark Pokemon who live outside this walls, and steal pokemone from other trainers." I said quietly. "I copied the technology from Gabriels Snagger, however its not as powerful. Capturing a Dark Pokemon will not cure it of its rage issues, but it will make it obidient to a certain degree, however, using Gabriels Snagger will make it a normal pokemon agian." I said quietly. "NOw come...and try them on." Necro walked up first, me admittally having diffuculties because of how tall he was, but I still got it on. "Okay, now theres a scanner that activates in the arm like so. This scanner will tell if what you are facing is a Dark Pokemon or not. The Reason why I am giving tihs to you is because...I am sending you three outside the dome...to capture all the worlds ledgendary Pokemon...so we can finally END the Chaos Clouds once and for all"
