| (THis new book I'm reading, "department nineteen" Is a really good vampire horror book. It references to Dracula, and a special organization made by Abraham Van Helsing after Dracula died, set up to exterminate the spreading vampire darkness. The book centers around jamie Carpenter. His father was chased home by humanoids hiding in the darkness. Jamie's father makes a call, and soldiers in black suits appear outside in a helecopter. With his wife and Jamie both watching, he was shot down by these soldiers. Afterwards, they informed the two that their father was working with British terrorists to bring down America. Weeks after, his mother is kidnapped when he arrives home. Behind him arrives an odd, pale man. Soon after, a Large, green monster with bolts in his neck, busts through the door, and shoots at the pale man with a large tube-weapon, with a retracting launcher. The monster reveals himself to be Victor Frankenstein, and the pale man was Alexandru, a vampire, who also took his mother.)
(It's a very interesting book so far, I wasn't expecting a mix of multiple horror books to be formed in this book.)

Element: Water (Is it cool if he were to use it for helping and healing others in combat, rather than straight out battle? my bio will apply to it, but if not i can switch it)
Appearance: Sirus stands at a mere 5'10, with a rather slender figure. His eyes are a glacier blue, and one of his more abnormal physical features. His hair is shaggy, and sits just above his eyebrows, colored a light, dirty, blonde. He has palish skin, but still tinted a bit tan, to show he's also athletic. When not in training, he wears a relaxed, short sleeve dress shirt, along with pants (not sure what's exactly permitted), but when training, a white and sea blue jumpsuit, with same colored boots and a thin gel covering his hands, to give the water it's medical aura.
Biography: Sirus is rather shy, but entered the competition on his own will. He tried to find a way to show off his skills, compared to the others who were just demolishing the dummies and targets to prove they're worthy. He used his way of water ability to fix the dummys, removing burn marks and tears, with little wisps and streams. It proved him able enough to be ranked highly, since he brought something different.
