The city of New Jalos... In the promotional areas for the city it's a quaint charming little town with beautiful landscapes, rich history, and is just a quaint city in the Midwest. To be fair, that's what it supposed to be like, however that is not reality
New Jalos has a crime problem, a MAJOR crime problem. Gangs simply walk the streets without fear, people are to terrified to leave their houses, and its just a mess of a town. The Police are powerless, and the Mayor of New Jalos is almost proud of the fact, given that he makes more money then he knows what to do with for the various orginizations giving him so much funding
The crime is divided into basically four sections of the city
North New Jalos is a basically where all the urban gangs do their dirty work. These are full blooded gang bangers who walk around like they own the place, and the people that live there are either in one of the various gangs or are to poor to live anywhere else
East New Jalos is actually the only place that is realitivly safe..there are issues of course, there's a local gang called the Hell Ivry that are in charge of 90% of the bussinesses there, but other then that it's practically okay
South New Jalos is biker country. South New Jalos used to be a major shipping area until most of the bussiness went East of west, its landscape is actually great for bikes, and more Biker Gangs ride there without being disturbed
West New Jalos is the richest part of the city, however it is also the most corrupt as it is where the most orginized of the criminals lie. This is where the Giovanni Family makes its claim, and is also home to various other low life scum.
Notable Land Marks in the city are
In North New Jalos: Not much other then a Big Mansion area that is supposedly haunted but in actuallity is is just home to a major gang in the area
In East New Jalos: The Mayor's office, all the main headquarters of the 3 major news stations, and a big superstore that is the only thing that the Hell Ivry don't own
In South New Jalos: There is a Zoo, old ruins of what used to be a stadium, and the old industial areas
In West New Jalos: THe Mayor's mansion, Historical rememberence sites, Headquaters of a few major bussinesses, a statue of the founder of New Jalos, David Jalos, and the many mansions of its resiedents.
Most people commit crimes to make money, but New Jalos does have jobs for people who just want to live there
However most people do the following:
Hitmen
Prostitution
Drug Cartell
Illegal Arms Dealer
Mafia Boss
Racketeering
Monopolizing
Vigilantism (See Rules for that one)
Biker Gang
Gangbangers
And various outher seedy activity (See Rules for this one too)
So if you are thinking of coming to New Jalos...my advice is to stay away...just...stay aways

Appearence: 6'7, white, slight muscle build, blond hair, and blue eyes. He has three outfits: 1. Pinstripe suit, white bussiness vest, blakc skinny tie, black designer shoes and a fedora. 2. Leather Jacket, black leather jeans, and black biker boots. 3. A black tanktop, blue jeans, and two tatooes both of women, with a watch
Most Common Crimes Commited(Job Basically): Varies, but mostly Hitman
Where in New Jalos do you live: South New Jalos
Bio: Vinny lives in South New Jalos in a very crappy apartment basically doing odd jobs for people to make money. His main employers are the Giovanni family, and one of the local biker gangs he lives with called The Nevermore...arch enemy's of the Hell's Ivry. He's rather impulives resorting to just simply shooting his way through instead of using his brain to devise a clever strategy. He calls his solo work the Claudio Family, because he wants to be the top crime lord in New Jalos, but well no one thinks he has a shot.
Extra: He owns two vehicles: A sports car that he ethusiastically stole for his first job, and a bike that was given to him by The Nevermore
