Bio: Sal is an old acquaintance of Ben's. Ben goes through Sal for everything he needs, and Sal goes through Ben for arranging all kinds of things. Sal was arrested for smuggling and multiple drug possesions in his later teens and early adulthood years. Because of his youth and the fact that his uncle and father were both corrupt policemen, they pulled some strings to get him a short sentence. He was arrested for two counts of contract killing, because the same hitman got caught twice. The hitman never actually killed the target and it was just his word against theirs, so his time in prison was short. Ever since he got out, he's been a heavy hitter in the drug business, quickly undermining his competition. Falconettie allowed him to absorb some of his smaller drug dealers, in exchange for him basically becoming a satellite drug lord for trainees in Falconettie's drug trade. Changes are, if you meet a young drug dealer on the streets, he learned from someone that resides under Sal. Sal is considered to be one of Falconettie's most loyal workers thanks to how powerful Falconettie has made him. What most don't know, however, is that Sal and Ben together run a decent hitman service. Hitmen find a decent salary under Sal once they've done one successful hit, and can expect to get plenty of work through Ben once an issue for Falconettie springs up. Ben's the one they go to, to get these things, but Sal is the one that provides.
Criminal Record (You have to been arrested for something): Two counts of Smuggling, Possession of an array of drugs, two counts of Contract Killing
Extra: Sal is very powerful, and even has a sizable militia under his own personal service, but even he couldn't stand against Falconettie full force. Sal is a decent talker who is pretty easy to like, but he's not entirely competent in decision making, so he leaves that to Ben generally.
