| (ow. guysss....i messed up my back :c My coach thinks I have may pulled a muscle. It's like in my latissimus. I had weightlifting this morning, just before football practice. We were divided Juniors and Seniors and then Freshman and Sophomores. The sophomores and freshmen were inside weightlifting while we were outside doing one on one tug of war with a wrapped up towel. The guy that I went against was named Dalton. He's a fair sized dude. Anyway, just before I forfeited he used all of his strength and pulled one last time. I instantly let go because I just couldn't move. I didn't tell anyone about my pain until after my group switched out with the freshmen and sophomore and we went into the weight room after the freshmen and sophomores left. I was in the weight room spotting for my friend as he was squatting, though I couldn't actually do any lifting myself. I just couldn't take the pain anymore so I walked over to another coach, coach Abernathy. I asked him if I could go to the equipment room and get a bag of ice. He asked why and I told him. He told me he didn't have the keys and I would have to wait until our head coach got back. Timeskip a about five minutes: I'm still spotting for my friend who is going through his squat sets. Behind me I heard Coach Abernathy talking to his faggot Coach Phearson (He's not my specialized coach. I thank god for that.) but he's a bitch frat-boy with tattoos and a tongue ring who thinks he's better than everybody else. Abernathy told him I wasn't feeling good and he suggested to Phearson that I don't do anything today so I don't further the damage. Coach Phearson was just shaking his head, totally disagreeing. At this point I was already pissed because he was judging internal pain by how I was showing it. I felt like crying because the pain was horrible, but I just took my deep breaths as I tried to calm down. He was giving me a lot of shit throughout the time I was in the weight room. I told the bitch I couldn't lift anything because I couldn't even bend down, but he kept told me: "Listen then, if you're going to be here you better be working out. You look fine and I think you can at least lift the bar." he said, insinuating that I was faking. I doubt this made any sense. I just needed to get it out because I just woke up and I haven't actually told anyone how pissed I am, so I thought I would tell you guys.)
