I heard the forest creatures scampering, after the screaming subsided. I looked around and saw myself surrounded by security troopers, not the most trained guards but there was like 40 of the guys, plus hovering above me was the Deforester. Fight or Flight reflexes kicked in, I can fight these guys off, and...most likely die in the process, but the others should be safe, or...I could run away, and why shouldn't I...I told them point blank that this forest wasn't safe...I told them to flee with me before...instead I was attacked by birds, threatened by an overgrown cat, and dropped 8 ft from the air for my trouble. I took a deep breath, and made my choice.
Silence engulfed where I was as the troopers aimed at me...I stood there...calmly...than my eyes opened, and I was at a trooper with my Energy Sword and cut his shoulder, as the troopers began firing. I used my natural super speed to play leap from on their heads, as the troopers began hitting themselves, but..all good things come to an end, as one of the shots hit my leg and I fell to the ground the ten remaining troopers started to close in on me.

| (I'm guessing that no one went to figure out Zaphyra? I meant Zaphyrus is the greek god of the West wind which comes during spring. It brings calm, gentle wind. Zaphyr is also an SAT vocab word.)

I looked at the Psycic. "That won't do you any good...the steel deflects plasma shots" I paused and looked at the Deforester, and stood up, but fell down, as my leg gave out on me. "Dang it..." I was trying to shake life back into my leg, but I couldn't as the thing aimed it's missile launcher at us. I thought fast and looked at the Lion Guy. "Hey...can you toss my Energy sword like a javelin through his head?"

I grabbed the sword and hurled it at the head, and ran up the body of the mech. As it impaled, I jumped through the air, landing on the end of the sword, pushing it deep enough in to destroy the mech. Pulling it out, I jumped off, and landed in a tree.
"Hope it pierced deep enough."

I tried to walk forward to reclaim my sword, but I fell over, the plasma getting my leg pretty good from the troopers.The Deforester started to sputter a bit than fell backward. "My blade...I need that..." I than saw my previous circle slash aggravated my injury. "I need my blade...it was a gift...please..."
