"If they didn't give up chasing us, we might have problems later, because we didn't gain that much ground on them."

One empty handed one of them formed a fireball in his hands, while others with swords formed around him. With that fire, he could bring the entire house down! You could either rush him, and risk him panicking and burning everything down, or try and get them to fight you outside, if possible. He might play dirty and burn it down anyways, but it all comes down to how you do this.

"Its best if you two get rested soon, we'll have to set out early tomorrow." (Mainly because I don't have as much planned for our path, except for a few guaranteed events.)

(I think I'm going to have to keep going with your story while moving everyone else to the next day ILD, everyone but you is finished up for their day, and you've got a decent amount to go, although it's later at night for you than everyone else in RP.)
"Who the hell are you? I know we told her that we weren't going to tolerate any more unpleasant guests!" The fire wielder said loudly. "She knows by now that she'd regret doing this again!" More armed bandits funneled out of the doorway. There was at least twenty on Ali's side alone. And based on the information Sandria gave you, she's going to have that many over there as well. Once they get through her doorway, she wont be able to deal with them at all, with her lack of fighting prowess.
Sandria was still flailing her knife in the doorway, keeping them backed up. She stabbed a couple at some point, but not very properly.
