Marcus laughed quietly, sitting on the bed. "Of course I knew. After Mariana, Amy and I tried and tried to conceive again but nothing came. The doctors told me I was infertile," He looked bitterly at the floor. "That was 8 years ago, so imagine my surprise when Amy gets pregnant 3 years after that, just when your idiot face shows up again," Marcus glared at him. "I raised her like my own because of my love for Amy, and I love Caroline as though she were my own but my gut always crawls because I know she is part you, you vile being. How you are apart of our kingdom I will never know..." Marcus looked down at his wife again. "No, you will stay right here until my pride, my Joy, my Ellena returns.."

During that battle, you and I both knew it was your or me, and I chose to give up my own life so you could live. I thought I WAS dead, until someone saved me." I said point blank to his face. "I loved Amy back then, and I still do now by the way, and even though I loved her, I knew she loved you more than me" I pointed out to his face. "I could have, and probably SHOULD have, let you die back there, but I didn't. So please go ahead, and call me a vile waste of existence, because the sick reality is, this vile waste of existence is the reason you are where you are today"

We arrived at what I assume was where he was staying. Obviously, there are guards stationed all about. I approached the ones at the door, hoping to gain entry.

I sighed "Thanks for the reminder...by the way, something's been bugging me about this whole thing" I said quietly.

Rosaline commented "Well, I know she's the Queen, but the fact that Queen Amy would fall into a state like this over some of her kingdom being hurt isn't probable." She said quietly. "It's been bugging me, and I was trying to become a doctor before I joined the war movement, so if I could, might I take a look at her?"

"How many dreams did you have?" I said to her, as she looked at Marcus for his approval.

"My mother got killed during a fight in the war, on the day I received my...gift" She said to me somberly, even I couldn't have say anything to that. "It was either find a bunch of dreams and try to do them all at once, or...go on a angst trip of no return" Rosaline looked at Marcus and said "So can I look at her, King Marcus?"
